A little tip for you Tableaux fans out there is to use simple standoffs to squeeze some  additional impact out of your Tableaux Traceries.

Tableaux With Standoffs

By adding a small projection to a surface-mounted Tableaux, a shadow is cast creating more depth and beauty.  

   If you want to crank the “wow factor” up to what we call the “helmets and smelling salts” realm, just add some art lighting which will sharpen the shadows.

The best part of this whole Tableaux standoff idea is that the stuff you need to make it happen can be found at the hardware store for just a few bucks.  All you need are vinyl bushings and longer screws!

So there you have it…. Don’t say we never gave you nothin’.

This package comes with a wall mounted display that is offset from the wall a quarter inch.  This offset creates a nice shadow behind the display piece and draws the customer’s eye to the product.  It has a Buckingham finished archway inset into the display board with our Lateral Set Screw hardware.  If customers have questions on our most popular mounting hardware, you can now show them how it works!   There are very few chores I really detest. Dusting is absolutely number one on my list. Second has to be fighting with shower curtain clips way above my head to change or launder a shower curtain.

The recent trend toward creating custom draperies for the shower area leaves a question for curtain clip-o-phobes like me. How do we fasten both curtains to the same rod? What about decorative pleats? Isn’t two separate rods over the top in such a small space?  And even in seldom used guest showers, the liner does need to be laundered or changed eventually.

When faced with this dilemma, we welded an eyelet to the front of our S-Hook. The formal drapery can be attached to the same hook as the liner. The eyelet can be welded anywhere on the S-hook the designer likes. The “s” on the rear side holds the liner which can be easily removed and replaced. Hmmm, that shower door may be on it’s way out!
