Since I don't order very often, it's very easy for me to overlook something that I just don't think about. It REALLY helps to have someone on the phone who not only helps you through that process, but genuinely seems happy to help. Unfortunately, that it not common and it makes it very noticeable when you find a great company like yours!!!!!
