Sue Bickerdyke of Sue Bickerdyke Interiors received a call from us to inform her that the rings specified on her purchase order were incompatible with the rods. Needless to say she was very pleased that we caught it for her! Every installer knows that “measure twice – drill once” is more than just a cliche it is the wise philosophy that a little extra time invested in planning usually pays off.
